Unlike Other Airlines, Flybe Is Paying Their Customers to Fly

Posted April 29, 2008 by BookingBuddy

Flybeplaneweb This sounds like a great April Fool’s day joke—the low-cost airline that pays you to fly instead. Remember how, when you were young, your parents would make you do chores you didn’t really want to do by giving you a teeny bit of pocket money? This reminds me of those times.

Flybe, the low-cost European airline, has decided to make 172 passengers do a chore they hadn't intended to do (fly with them) by paying them pocket money. Okay, to be fair, £30-£40 is a lot more for a few hours work than I ever got from my parents.

And now anytime I need some extra pocket money, I’ll know where to go. Dublin to Norwich.

Flybe are a rubbish airline - the sooner they go bust the better. They charge you your airfare again to jump on an earlier flight...what a rip off...

What an absolute load of rubbish. Flybe are a bunch of crooks. As a medallion customer Of Delta I was unfortunate to be routed onto one of their flights through Paris. Tried to charge me £290 for an extra bag to Paris. After 1.5 hours they agreed to just charge £30 when it shod have been free.

Flybe charged me £180 for a flight to Dundee from Birmingham which only said £30.00 each way on their website.

When I checked in they had an unexpected bagage charge of approximately £20.00.

If you want to get cheaper travel with them use a Halifax Electron Card when booking on their website.
